the staff, especially xisco, were incredibly friendly and attentive (even if sometimes a bit pushy). the chomba area offered excellent service, making every request feel effortless. breakfast was a delightful start to the day with a wide selection!

The gym equipment seemed a little outdated, almost like a forgotten corner of the hotel. It could use better lighting and a refresh. During our stay, the vibe felt overwhelmingly geared towards German guests, which affected the overall ambiance. I appreciate a diverse clientele. Still, our overall time at the hotel was delightful, with just a few minor adjustments needed for a truly exceptional experience.
